Registration

A passport photo in digital form must be uploaded during registration for HSK 3-6 and all levels of the HSKK examination. The photo must be a recent (no older than 6 months) photo of yourself, between 15kb-500kb in size, in jpg format, with white background, no landscape photos or a life photos allowed.

 Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation of the exam, a 100% refund will be given up to the registration deadline. After that, no refunds are possible.

 

Exam Results and Certificates

Exam results will be available online one month after the exam. To view the results, the exam registration number and the candidate's name are required. (http://www.chinesetest.cn)
At the bottom of the webpage, click on “Look up my results.”

Certificates will be issued in China and sent to us. We will notify all exam participants via email as soon as the certificates have arrived in Vienna (usually 7 weeks after the exam). If you wish to pick up your certificate during our office hours, please bring your ID card or passport. We are also happy to send the certificate to you by mail. If you are in Austria, please bring a pre-addressed and pre-stamped A4 envelope on the day of the exam. If you are outside of Austria, we will first send you an invoice for the postage (15 €) via email.
